2012 Annual Meeting

The 2012 Annual Meeting of the UW-Stout Sigma Pi Alumni Foundation will be held June 22-24 2012
in Winona, Minnesota, at the Riverport Inn and Cedar Valley Golf Course.

On Saturday morning, the "Sigma Pi Alumni Foundation Meeting" will be held at the Cedar Valley Golf
Course. The Annual Hackers Golf Tournament will follow the meeting. A modified "Scramble/
Best Ball" format will be used for the golf tournament. Copies of the rules will be provided.

Since we have a limited number of tee times available, please RSVP to me ASAP, to secure your spot
to golf. When you RSVP, please indicate whether you wish to play 9 or 18 holes of golf. Foursomes
will be organized before teeing off. For meeting attendees, golf is optional.

A sit down dinner will be served following the tournament on site at Cedar Valley Course Restaurant.
The fraternity wil provide transportation to/from the golf course. Green fees, club rental (if needed),
lunch, dinner and drinks for all Brother/immediate family members.

A block of fifteen rooms has been set aside for our group at the Riverport Inn in Winona under the
name Sigma Pi Alumni. The group rate for a double queen room will be confirmed.
To reserve your room contact the Riverport Inn (507-452-0606). The block of rooms at this rate wil
only be held to a date posted later. Make your reservation before the deadline or plan on sleeping in
your car or on the floor. The last two years all rooms have been used and some brothers needed
to scramble for accomodations.

Brothers are encouraged to confirm there hotel rooms early, as rooms will only be held up to a
maximum of 30 days to the event.

Weekend Itinerary

Friday:
6:00pm-? Casual gathering in "Brewski's Pub at the Riverport Inn. Some of the brothers will be
taking advantage of the weekend and getting an afternoon round at Cedar Valley Golf
Course. This is on your own nickel, however grab your clubs and come on out!!!

Saturday:
Breakfast-on your own. The Riverport Inn offers and enhanced continental breakfast starting at 6:30 am.
Also, there is a Perkins Restaurant across the street from the hotel.

9:30am Depart the hotel for Cedar Valley Golf Course. Transportation provided to/from.

10:30am Sigma Pi Alumni Foundation Annual Meeting
There is a tight schedule. The meeting will start promptly at 10:30 am and end by 11:30 am.

11:30-12:00 Finish lunch/Group photo, fill the beverage bags or hit the driving range to loosen up.

12:00-1:00 Tee Off !!!
A scramble (best ball) format will be used. Instructions will be available on Friday evening and at the
meeting Saturday morning.
Tee times will be determined by general handicap assessment. Green fees, cart, clubs if required
dinner and beverages are included.

5:00-6:00 Happy Hour at the 19th hole.

6:30-7:30 Dinner at the Cedar Valley Restaurant.

7:30-8:30 Transportation depart golf course for the hotel.
9:00 -? Clean up, relax and converse and drink some more...
10:00 Camaraderie with the Brother at Brewski's or enjoy some infamous night life.
Sunday: around 10:00 am
Several brothers regularily gather at the Perkins across from the hotel to partake in some needed
caffeine, tylenol and food before heading back home.
